These Terms govern your use of the MAICIFUL KITCHEN website and any inquiry, preorder, or purchase submitted through it. MAICIFUL KITCHEN is operated by Maiciful, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Products and availability

Our products are handmade in limited batches. Product descriptions and photographs are provided to help you make a selection, but natural variations in appearance may occur. Availability is not guaranteed until payment succeeds and we issue an order confirmation. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when inventory, safety, pricing, or technical issues prevent fulfillment.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and any other required charges are disclosed before payment. Payments are processed by an independent payment provider; MAICIFUL KITCHEN does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Pickup-only fulfillment

Orders are available through free local pickup in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. We do not currently ship or deliver. Online preordering opens Sunday and remains available through Friday at 4:00 PM Central Time. Ordering is closed after 4:00 PM Friday and all day Saturday, then reopens Sunday. Next-day orders must be completed and paid before 4:00 PM Central Time. Pickup hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time, and Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Central Time. Pickup is closed Saturday through Monday. The exact pickup address and instructions are provided only in the paid order confirmation and pickup notification.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and collecting your order during the confirmed pickup window. Weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require rescheduling.

Cancellations, missed pickups, and quality concerns

Cancellations must be requested before 4:00 PM Central Time on the day before the confirmed pickup date. Orders already in preparation and requests received at or after the deadline are nonrefundable unless required by law or cancelled by Maiciful Kitchen. Missed pickups are not automatically refundable. Quality concerns must be reported by email within 24 hours of pickup. Additional conditions appear in our Preorder, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Ingredients, allergens, and food safety

Review the ingredient, allergen, storage, and handling information supplied for your product before consumption. Customers with food allergies should contact us before ordering. Do not consume a product that appears contaminated, damaged, or improperly stored.

Communications

We may use the email address and phone number you provide for order, pickup, support, and safety communications. Transactional text messages are sent only when you provide the applicable consent. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse this website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or commercially copy protected content. MAICIFUL KITCHEN branding, photography, copy, and designs belong to Maiciful, LLC or its licensors.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is.” Maiciful, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
